The staff and surgeon are simply amazing. They follow up by phone and emails to find out how you are doing and to explain what to expect during the phase you are in. I just had my 1 month follow up, and lost 1p pounds, 5 inches off my waist, and 2 1/2inches off hips and upper abdomen.
