The facility was very nice. I had a great first visit with Joanne. She walked me through all my paperwork and answered all my questions.
Very informative and personal wasn’t an unusually long procedure, so far, four hours later I feel great!
The staff was incredible. They made the entire experience simple and easy. Especially someone like myself who deals with a lot of anxiety, I felt calm and treated so well. Started from the front desk staff, the nurses, the manager Christina Harris, and doctor Miller. I am beyond pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. My nurse Ashly a Dr. Victor were amazing the entire procedure, pre-op and post-op! Walked me through every step and made sure I was okay consistently through the process! Love the people and the atmosphere! Look no further for your weight loss needs..this team is where it’s at!!!!
This experience from the moment I walked through your doors in Tulsa to the moment I walked out of the procedure in OKC was beyond what I can say in words. The level of professionalism, while still being friendly, is like nothing I’ve ever encountered. And I have been a nurse for 51 years. Your staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and honestly so excited for me and they made it shine through. I could not have asked for anything more. I feel like family with Sono Bello. Colby is an outstanding nurse, he is very knowledgeable and answers all questions he is an amazing nurse. All the staff are friendly and do their job very well it is always pleasant.
