Always smiling and pleasant!
I had a great post-op experience today with Katt! She took very good care of me and accommodated my every need! She was very informative and made my first post -op visit a complete success. All my questions/concerns were answered and I was reassured of the next few processes to look forward too. I can’t wait to see my one month transformation.
All was great except for pressuring me with 2 phone calls to come in early and then when I came in 2 hrs early I sat there for 3 hrs I felt the drs schedule was more important than the patients. The employees were excellent and I love the results
Everyone at sono bello are all amazing people, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, my nurses Hannah and Kara made me feel comfortable and relaxed along with the doctor as well. The instructions were very clear and accurate, any questions or worries that I had were answered and they made me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. I definitely felt like I was in good hands.
Friendly staff and already seeing results after one week. Bruising is still bad but excited to see end results.

I have been mostly satisfied. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The procedure is the worst part. It is the most pain I endured. The first 24 hours can be painful and tough to rest. But after 48 hours I was up walking and doing fine. I stopped taking pain meds following 48 hours. Since then I only take Advil as needed. I am awaiting results and excited to see what they will look like.
