Joanne was a wonderful presenter of the process. I appreciate a straight foreword approach. She knew I was interested so she didn’t have to get my attention. She went right to explaining the process and why it is different from other choices. Then she explained how it is physically done and what to expect and when. Then she went to the cost and how she agreed it is expensive. From start to finish - everyone was very polite and concerned with how I was feeling about the process!
My check up could not have gone better! Kat was the nurse the day of my surgery so I was really excited for her to see my 1 month results. Of she was just as blown away by them as I am!!!
