Today I met with Melissa In the Orlando location. I have to admit I was extremely self conscious and nervous. She took the time to speak and explain to me procedures which did calm my nerves a bit by relating to the questions I had. She provided me options and payment plan information. Staff was very nice. Melissa, our advisor, heard our reasons to choose the areas we wanted to improve. Miss Melissa, took time to explained the procedure, was able to let us know the realistic outcome of what we had chosen compared to what we needed. Overall, was a good experience. I recommend to ask questions and have an open mind for the explanation.
