Very helpful and informative
Had a consultation with Julie. She was funny, informative, and welcoming. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and the manager. Overall, it was a great experience.
I write this review with the unique perspective of being a repeat customer of SonoBello. My original procedure was in late 2018. Specifically, this review is with regard to the Cranberry Township office in Pennsylvania. The new 2020 staff, beginning with reception and logistics (Amber), and extending to the medical staff are very attentive, both to the patient’s needs, and including their preventive care and related dynamics in this Covid era. Not sure how this office has a 5 star rating.. I waited weeks for my appointment & even received a confirmation for my appointment.. I took the day off from work.. then 4 hours prior to my appointment I received a call & my appointment was canceled.. After reading reviews I’m happy I researched this company... Not to be trusted
Rush you and change your appointment a billion times without telling you. Only care about money.
