Always professional and knowledgeable.
It was an informative visit. The person I saw was frank and I am thankful for that. I realize I need to do more work to lose the visceral fat I have, as surgery will not be a quick fix. I appreciated her opinion.
I was late (not from Cranberry area) I was still accommodated and not rushed. Staff was very insightful, informative and thorough on explaining how to realistically obtain my aesthetic body goals.
Clean place. Nice staff. Gave good explanations. Answered questions.

One week into my treatment and everything has been great!!!
My nurses today were excellent. Kristen and Amber were very helpful before and after. I had some low pressure issues (I run low) and nausea and they took great care of me before letting me go. Kristen met my daughter (driver and caregiver) and updated her. Prior pre visits all staff I interacted with were so very kind and helpful.
