Very welcoming and reassuring from day one. Doreen, Dr. Willard, the whole nursing staff were absolutely delightful! They answered every question I had and explained each step of the process. Highly recommend the Raleigh Sono Bello office!

Jamal was great. I am big on customer service. He had a great personality, answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the process from beginning to end. He checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I plan to schedule more visits with Jamal.
