After a negative encounter on my first visit, I must say I’m glad I stuck with Sono Bello. The staff I’ve encountered after my initial visit have been nothing short of amazing! All staff are amazing. The atmosphere is inviting and helps one feel comfortable. I have always been greeted and the wait time is short. Alexis is not only knowledgeable, but gave great care. She’s an asset to the Sono Bello team.

I had my 3 month post op appointment today. My nurse was Brittany. I have seen Brittany several times now and she is great!! She listens to all my questions and concerns and provides all the needed information. She is very nice, polite, personable and professional. Upon arrival to each of my many appointments I have been greeted by Doreen at the front desk. She is always very nice, polite and even remembers my name. Excellent experience.
We just had my pre-op visit with Dr.Jones (Raleigh). The nurse, Janeris, was helpful and informative. She had a very pleasant and easygoing demeanor. Doreen, receptionist, greeted us promptly and answered all our questions. Dr. Jones was professional, answered all our questions, discussed options - all while making us feel comfortable.
Kyanna and Maria at the front desk always make check in and check out fun, it is nice they remember their patients by name. Leaving a review for their review contest!
Had my one month Post op appointment on 6/11/2025. Shout out to my Post op Nurse Brittany she is great. She takes the time to listen and help with any questions or concerns . Brittany is not only professional but supper Friendly and always in a great mood. All the staff at Sono Bello is great . The receptions always make you feel welcomed and are extremely patient and kind .
