My consultant Kellie was great. She listened to what I was looking to have done and why. She explained everything and I felt she offered me all information I needed to make a positive decision.
Penny was awesome. She explained everything so clearly.
The experience started off running very behind my actual appointment time, but once I got into the room Victoria did a great job making me feel comfortable and answering any questions that I had.
Penny George(Patient Care Associate) had such a warm and engaging personality. Penny was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the Sonobello process and what procedures would best fit my body type.

Penny, was great to work with. She understood that it was a big decision I was making. I was surprised at how caring they are. She never once pushed this upon me nor rushed. It took my almost two weeks of thinking to confirm a date. It only took me time to think cause I'm a scaredy cat...lol

Everything explained up front. Professional staff, Dr. Jones demonstrated genuine care for my concerns. Elective surgery is always expensive, but there were no hidden costs. Highly recommend.
