I did my research before coming to Sono Bello! You would read different reviews good and bad, will get scared like I was but I believe that we have different body types and results will be different for everyone! It was truly painful, for reals but it's worth every pain. I am very happy with the results and lost 20 lbs in 3 months. No exercise so far but just really watching the food that I eat and still wearing my garments which I'm will continue to wear until I am done with my 6th month appointment!
