The nurse was so nice and welcoming. She made sure I had everything I needed and she made me feel comfortable. She helped me when i couldn't move and talked me through it. She told me I was doing good and made sure I had the bed pan for when I had to go to the bathroom.
Customer service employees are courteous making the waiting area ambiance with a good aura.
