I've had two procedures now, and it almost feels like family going into the office. Natalia and Janett are the wonderful staff that know your name as you approach the front desk. They're both very sweet. Natalia, specifically, is really good at scheduling upcoming visits and then reminding you of them. As the intake nurse who handled my post op visit today, Kim is so great and personable. She'll put you at ease while making sure you have all your questions answered.
