Both Chara and Cassidy were super friendly and professional…Cassidy even remembered me from 3 months ago for my first venus treatment…Even though Alexis was not my assistant yesterday, I saw her in the hall and even she remembered me from my last appointment…Impressive! Plus Chara went to bat for me in getting my “dog ear” repair fee waived…For that I am most grateful….Â
