Great staff. Very informative, caring, professional.
I don’t have a negative word to say about Sonobello. Everyone there was very pleasant, helpful, made me feel at ease. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It’s only been two weeks since my procedure and I’m already pleased with my results. I cannot wait for a couple of months to see what I look like. I recommend it highly!
Thus far the process has been smooth and the staff has been AMAZING. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the lack of interaction with the doctor. Makes me feel uneasy to only interact with the doctor 2 times. Once before surgery and day of surgery. I truly appreciate personal call he provided day after surgery. Dr. Case was attentive and informative but not sure why Sono Bello has it set up this way. Overall things are good so far and RN Tia was caring and compassionate. From start to finish procedure was done as advertised and communicated to me. I would recommend so no bello.
Staff has been amazing. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and put me at ease all along the way. I appreciate the accessibility and quick response to my questions. The procedure itself was MUCH more uncomfortable than I anticipated. Still quite sore on my sides and upper abs. I don't think the meds were given a long enough time to take effect before we started ... and we started with this area, which was unfortunate for me. Very nice staff, all Professional and sweet. Dr Case did an amazing job. He took his time and even double checked the progress half way through the procedure, which I really appreciated. Beyond happy with his work.
Your customer service is excellent! It does feel genuine and I appreciate that. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I had chosen the right place for my procedures. I also think Dr. Gal was the right person for me. She is personable and surgically talented. I’m so happy with the results already but it’s a long road to recovery. Thank u, Jill
