The whole experience was absolutely amazing. I just wish I would have done it sooner. The staff as well as Dr. Case were very helpful, thoughtful, thorough, and helped every step along the way. Everyone was very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff treated you like family; they were very attentive and sweet. Dr. Case has the best bedside manners and was professional and just cool about everything & thoroughly answered any questions I had through the whole process. A+++ experience!!

Staff was very nice and friendly. Although I don't think I asked enough questions about the procedure. I was led to believe that it was a simple procedure and that I could easily get over it. The first time I heard anything about the procedure being painful was from the doctor just before surgery. It was indeed very painful. I would let people know up front that it is a painful procedure and it takes time to get back to normal. It's been two weeks and if I sit more than ten minutes it hurts to get moving again. Experience was a bit more difficult than the team made it seem. I think more medication at the start would have made the experience more tolerable. Recovery time has been a bit painful.

The staff is amazing from when you get through the door to when you leave from appointments.They are very supportive and professional in you treatment. Follow ups are the same way. I would tell others if they are thinking of doing it- do it for yourself, it's worth it.

Being that I'm still early in the process it's hard for me to give a complete review. Everyone has been very kind and helpful but there are a couple of things that threw me off.
