I went to the Silver Spring location for a consultation. I strongly believe in the power of first impressions and Tyra’s friendly smile and warm greeting left a great one. I was a bit late and frazzled when I came into the office but Tyra’s calm demeanor and friendliness helped calm me down. Natalie was also very pleasant once I got to speak with her and I appreciate her sharing her personal experience.
