I highly recommend the branch in Silver Spring. Alice was super nice. I enjoyed our conversation thanks again.
Erin at the McLean branch interviewed me during my 2nd follow up and she noticed things that were previously overlooked. When you feel like someone notices your obvious concerns and cares to work to correct them, it very comforting. I recommend this branch of Sonobello largely due to Erin.
Experience was great very detailed and understanding when discussing all aspects of the procedure and desired results. The consultant provided a very comfortable atmosphere to exchange dialogue related to questions and answers for all aspects from what to expect before and after the procedure.
Absolutely respect my services and contact with my consultant Courtney Wheeler in the Silver Spring MD office. Very professional, honest, trustworthy, transparent, kind, smart and skilled with working with clients and people. She is the reason why I will continue to have my body work done at Sono Bello! She is extremely efficient and understands that a lot of money is coming out of my pocket and I expected superior and especially extremely safe and clean service and outcomes!
I was skeptical at first but during my consultation Ms. Lister had walked me through the whole procedure and what to expect. She is truly a caring and knowledgeable person who puts her clients needs first. Even after my procedure everything she told me to expect actually happened and I was better prepared for it.

I met with Liz and she took GREAT care of me. Very professional, thorough with explaining the details, answered all of my many questions patiently and showed me how I could get what I really wanted. Sono Bello is awesome! They take care of you from start to finish. Michelle did my consult and she made feel like we were family. The doctor and nurses are nice and respectful. They put your mind at ease. The videos are very helpful as they inform you on what you should feel and what to expect for every stage...pre-op to recovery. I high recommend them!

Terrible experience. I'll start by saying I didn't have surgery with them. I had a consult which I was so excited about. I've lost a lot of weight and wanted to take care of my remaining trouble spots. I booked surgery and put down a $1k down-payment. Less than 2 weeks before surgery, I found out I needed a pre-op appointment because I read through my paperwork. No one had told me I needed to schedule one.
