Reception, and nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. The doctor did a phenomenal job!!
The whole staff was great, very polite. Stephanie was especially great, very professional. She explained the procedure to me very well. I’m excited for my procedure that I will be getting very soon!
The day of procedure was a little rocky, but only because of one nurse. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing!! Not only did they make it right but they went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more happy with the amount of support I received from them. They are like family now!

Stephanie was very understanding of my needs and concerns. She answered all of my questions when I called a second time. She was encouraging but not pushy. She explained what to expect during and after the procedure.

Additional information is shared throughout the experience so you don't feel overwhelmed receiving too much information at one time. Great surgeon and staff!
I had an upper abdomen, lower abdomen and hips done. Also I had the Trisculpt EX done to remove my lower abdomen excess fat pad. Dr Shalz and his surgical team were very professional, compassion ate and kind to me. When I needed extra anesthesia, Dr Shalz gave me some. All the nurses were professional, informative and helpful with my aftercare. They were also very kiñd and compassionate in there care of me. I was skeptical when I went for my first appointment. But after meeting the nurse Allie and meeting Stephanie, I booked it! These ladies along with my nurse and the dr, was so nice and so helpful! After one week, no bruising, and I feel and look much better! Now, second surgery is set for next week! Can’t wait to see the results!!!
