Christine was amazing during my consultation. Very down to earth and informative. She discussed all options with me and went into detail on the services I was interested in. All of the staff was awesome & available whenever I had questions either by a quick phone call or text. What can I say about Dr Martinez??? Class act & one heck of surgeon. She rocks!!! Everyone there made sure I knew what to expect post-op and gave me tips on how to heal. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!
From day one the staff have been courteous and professional. I was explained everything regarding my procedure in a knowledgeable way. I was able to understand everything I had to do on my end. Surgery was slightly aggressive, but still completely tolerabl.. I had one hiccup during one of my venus legacy appointment, but the problem was quickly corrected and they comped me an additional one! The experience at SonoBello was amazing,staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the services. All my question answered and they made me feel secure about my decision. The surgeon was absolutely 💯 amazing and he made me feel comfortable prior to the procedure. He did a great job Thank you all at SonoBello for helping me regain my confidence and overall look good in my clothes.
So I’m about a year out from my procedure and I talk openly with people all the time about my experience, but I’ve not done a proper review. First, the sales lady was probably the best part of the experience. She was nice, to the point, and open about the options. I signed day of the visit for 4 areas. The day off, I was the last appointment and it felt like it. They had the vibe of a restaurant waiting to close.
