My overall experience was fantastic, the staff and doctor were very professional and considerate. I would highly recommend this establish and procedure to anyone!
All of the staff is very nice and professional. During the sales consult, Yahaira explained what would happen during the procedure. The nurse, Otista, was very nice and also explained what was going to happen. Dr. Bose before the procedure also explained what would happen. I knew exactly what was going to happen. I just had surgery done about 1 month ago with dr Bosé and i love love my results. Susan front desk and yahira are great answering any questions . My nurse Christina was very gentle during the surgery. Will send al May family and friends to sonóbello .. Thank you everyone ..
My name is Tamika. I have to say I could not be more pleased with my results. Dr Bose was beyond amazing. The entire staff was just incredible. The nurses Otista and Christina were so patient, caring and the Yahaira at the front desk was delightful. Honestly, anyone that is contemplating having anything done should consider this place. The staff is amazing! From my consult to my procedure, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Dr Bose has great bedside manner and is a wonderful surgeon. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
The experience with the staff was amazing. Office protocol and accountability is lax hence much mis or omitted information which would have facilitated my expectation level and made for a MUCH more pleasant experience.
