I could not be any happier with not only the staff but the procedures that I have had here. They are honest when you ask them if they recommend procedures. Monica is amazing and very pleasant to deal with all of the time. I appreciate the time that she takes with me and when I ask questions on procedures I feel as thought she explains them fully.
I had seamless experience and currently getting Venus therapy to heal quicker. So far so good.
First upon my arrival at the front desk staffing were extremely helpful and nice. Didnt have a long wait. Dr. And nursing were extremely great and nice. It were. Explained what were going to be done. Every time I go to sonobello, everyone I meet is so pleasant. It’s great to go to a establishment and get great customer service starting from the check in , administration, nursing staff and finally the doctors. I would definitely be referring my family and friends

My overall experience was great. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I achieved what I set out to do and that is all I can ask for. The actual procedure and weeks after were not great experiences; however, Dr. Bose was great with my care. Unexpected issue occurred during the procedure and things did not go well. Six months later, I am healed and all the pain was worth it in the end. Thank you.
