I’m very pleased with the communication process. Jade has moved my scheduled appointments and surgery for my vacation with no problems. Awaiting my surgery! I also met my doctor and nurse Mel….so kind and informative.

Walking in I was a little nervous, but Jade was super welcoming. Trina was the easiest person to talk to, she was very attentive to my questions & explained everything so well. She took time with me, I never once felt rushed. It was the most comfortable appointment I’ve ever had. Trina is as sweet as she is beautiful.
