I had a great experience at the office for my first consultation. Awesome customer service and very short wait time. I was helped by Lane V who was amazing! Throughout the consultation she was so supportive and so positive! I did not feel pressured or anxious but quite the opposite. It was a lovely experience and although I may wait for my next appointment, I’ll be asking for Lane when I do!
I can’t thank enough Dr. Allison for being so supportive all throughout the surgery! He would walk you through the process, let you know what he is doing, asks you how you feel, funny and will make conversations to get your mind at ease. Nurse Dez is so patient & all smiles even though I think I was late coming in (I thought to get there 7am anytime, which I did, but it should be one hour before is the expected time to come in), she still did not make me feel to hurry up. I had a wonderful experience, from start to finish, at SonoBello Tysons. To start, I was treated very kindly as I entered the front office. Very little wait time sitting and filling out some straight forward paperwork. The in-person consultation with Lane V. made me feel very comfortable and welcome, giving me great confidence and reassurance about getting the surgery. I went in for a consultation with Telaya. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure all of my questions were addressed, and explained everything in details. Telaya made me feel confident and excited about the procedure. I can not wait to start my journey!!!!!!!

From my first time walking in everyone was so pleasant. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Very knowledgeable no pressure answer every question youay have. Lane OMG She is really the Bomb!!! I have had two procedures done and I am very satisfied. I love that they back the 100% guarantee if you want more taken out before your end time. I think that Dr Dawson is excellent and very funny. Also, I can’t say enough about Angie she is great and she also makes you feel great about your results. I would undoubtedly refer anyone to them.
