I recently had a pre-operation visit and was assisted by Lexi, who provided outstanding care throughout the appointment. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable during what can be an anxious time. She explained each step of the pre-op process clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and ensured all necessary preparations were completed efficiently.
