I attend the Sono Bella at Tyson Corner. Lizabeth the receptionist, always has a warm and friendly welcome for me when I come for my appointments and makes me feel special. She always has a great smile. The whole team there is super GREAT!

I am honestly so excited for my surgery. Allison was so sweet and relatable. She walked me through the entire process and answered my all my questions. Sono Bello is something that I have wanted to do for such a long time and I have been insecure about my problem areas for a while but I was a bit scared because all my previous procedures haven’t worked out in my favor. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to assist me with purchasing an additional garment. I've left messages on the office voicemail. Last week I actually spoke to the receptionist and she told me Harley (or maybe Hailey) would give me a call back. I have not heard from anyone. I've spent a lot of money on the procedure and would like to continue to see good results. I would appreciate a phone call back. Prior to my procedure I got calls and emails now I can't even get a returned phone call.
