Lane was fabulous. We talked about what my expectations were and previous treatments I’ve had. She was so down to earth and honest and gave me me some other options- she didn’t think that this was for me. I was astonished at her truthfulness. This is a class act and I so appreciate her truthfulness and honesty.

My experience with Nurse Emma and Dr. Allison has always been the greatest. Never feel I’m being rushed and my concerns are taken seriously. Both Nurse Emma and Dr. Allison do their best to explain to me what I’m experiencing and have successfully put my concerns at ease. I get immediate responses from Nurse Emma any time I email. Every one is always friendly at the McLean location. Highly recommend this place for its stellar customer service.
