I must say this whole process of me transforming my body has been scary, nervous, exciting, and fun at different times. If you can request a one week post op nurse, please ask for Melanie. Not only was she always smiling, even before I knew she was my post op nurse, she provided me with a warm comforting welcome. My experience with Nurse Emma and Dr. Allison has always been the greatest. Never feel I’m being rushed and my concerns are taken seriously. Both Nurse Emma and Dr. Allison do their best to explain to me what I’m experiencing and have successfully put my concerns at ease. I get immediate responses from Nurse Emma any time I email. Every one is always friendly at the McLean location. Highly recommend this place for its stellar customer service.
