The staff, I found to be very attentive and caring. Helping me every step of the way and easing any fears or concerns I may have. I would recommend, if possible, that after surgery, that the patients be covered in a vest like padding because it was difficult to keep that many incisions from leaking.

I am still pending my procedure, however, the staff has been awesome! Very supportive through out the entire process. Stephanie Ayala my assigned nurse has been wonderful! Patient! Attentive, follows through! Pays attention to detail, and is very caring! So far so good! Great team. Yleana

Phase 2 now completed with the exceptional services provided by Stephanie. I now know what to expect, the meeting really gave me a true feeling of what will happen, along with a realistic point of view. Looking forward to the final phase.

I had a great visit today with Emma she was my nurse. She help me to understand how great. I am doing since my surgery on Friday September 8, 2023. She was very patient and pleasant with me and I ask her if I was going better then she show me pictures of the before the surgery then after the surgery I going great thank you Sono Bello. My surgery was few days after the consultation and i have to give 5 stars. The entire team was so lovely. The surgery outcome was good but most of all Angie the manager (Mclean) was excellent. I wasn't able to get back as planned & she made arrangement for me to get home @ all cost. Extremely professional, friendly & more. Emma was my nurse & she was great. I left extremely satisfied each day including my follow up today.

Nurse Emma was my follow up nurse and she was gentle and patient as we discussed my recovery. Her bedside manner was relaxing and reassuring. I have had a great experience with the Sono Bello doctors and nurses.
