I had my pre-op today and met my surgeon & medical tech, Stephanie. After discussing my medical history, the doctor carefully explained the procedure, step by step. She also covered any potential hazards based on my medical history, that I might experience. Finally she discussed post-op expectations and when I could resume normal lifestyle activities, such as exercising. I am still amazed at Roysla and Dr. Fripp! I went in for my pre-op and they were so caring and detailed about EVERYTHING I would go through. I am a type 1 diabetic and I had several questions and concerns about the healing process and pain. Dr. Fripp gave me a clear detailed picture of what I should expect. Roysla explain all I needed to do to prepare 48 hours before surgery and provided several items that would assist me. Roysla and Dr. Baraki at the DC Tysons location were absolutely amazing! They addressed all of my question and concerns during my post-op! Roysla explained the pre and post care to a tea! I am so excited about having my procedure! I am sure with Dr. Baraki and Roysla I will be in wonderful hands!

My first week post op was today with nurse Christine and as fragile as one can be after such a procedure my experience was very pleasant and relaxing.
