My pre op appointment left me feeling like I made the right choice. Stephanie answered all of my questions and provided information that I didn’t think about. When Dr. Marefat arrived, he put me at ease and confirmed the information that I was getting from Stephanie. The team really cares about your concerns and they do their best to put you at ease. From the moment I met with my Care Coordinator, Michelle W. I knew that Sonobello would be the place for me. All questions were answered effortlessly and without agitation. The same goes for Dr. Nickodem, Annalise (Nurse) and all other office staff who assisted with my care before and after surgery. Really positive atmosphere and very reassuring and empathetic staff. I’m glad I made up my mind to go.
Titi was simply AMAZING she made me feel so comfortable. My back had so many knots and lumps but after one treatment I literally felt new. The lumps are severely diminished and the swelling is far less. Titi educated me on how to care for my incisions and was extremely knowledgeable about lymph drainage and how to get the best results post surgery. I can't wait to get another treatment. In future visits I will request her only.

Simply amazing pre-op appointment! The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the office was very clean.
Nurse Emma was great at my one week appointment after surgery. She was passionate and knowledgeable about my healing process. She displayed a positive and polite attitude during my visit. Thank you nurse Emma for your 110% attention to my concerns and answering all my questions.
Let’s just say Stephanie answered all my question. Put me an ease . Dr. Dawson came in and everything Stephanie told me was spot on . I’m so excited . I can’t wait until my surgery day . With Stephanie m Pre -Op was everything . Now it’s count down time until surgery day .
