Gina, at the front desk greeted us and was amazing! Made us feel welcomed and not nervous as we were when we walked in. Her character definitely fits her position. Great job Gina!! We then met with Raquel. She was great at helping with the decision making. Showing the different options and making my aunt feel comfortable in her decisions. Everything was over all done in a professional manner and it was a great experience. Thank you sonobello!
