Felt at ease right away . Had what I thought I needed done in mind but Courtney reassured me that some of it wasn’t necessary. Which I appreciated I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me on something I didn’t need . Helped me find a payment plan that was best for me . Very patient with me I didn’t want to pay any more money in interest fee than needed . I had a budget and she helped me stick to it .
