Get directionsI would say don't go there . Staffing bad food bad . Director can never give you answers or just doesn't want to talk about it . No empathy for residents. Moving out as soon as possible. I thought when we toured the house. Everything would be fine. But that's not what happen. For the cost to stay there it's not worth it or for your love one to live there. So next won't use your services . Just do it myself!!!!!!
My wife was in Sonoma House memory care from [dates removed]. I finally decided to move her to another facility as, in my opinion, the quality of her care declined significantly, especially after January 2023. There was no nurse on staff and they weren't able to assist my loved one with their medical needs.
We chose this facility at the time because it was impressive on the first walk through, we were told many things that did not transpire. I have talked to others who have loved ones here and they have encountered the same thing. I think the marketing person tells people what they want to here. The separate house that my loved one is in is absolutely fabulous, but each houses stories are different.
