Unresponsive management. I called and was told the manager will call me but never happened. I sent an email and no response. We had a medical emergency and a near death situation and needed to cancel. I just wanted to talk to a manager. That’s not how a business is supposed to operating
First of all we paid over 400 Dollars cause we thought the things we rented for over night had an ac but it didn't. It had a little machine that blew hot air. There were bag worn falling all over us and in our stuff. There aren't any blankets or pillows on it needs like y'all have in your picture and we didn't bring any. We have waited a while now for a staff member to come and look at the dirty machine that's blowing hot air in our tent but no one has come. The little tent that we had was dirty and smelly inside, with plenty of mold and mildew odor. There was a very late night, loud party going on close by all the way until about 1 AM with plenty of noise and drinking. It was nearly impossible to sleep. The river was beautiful and the grandkids enjoyed swimming there.
Hello, I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to go about escalating our concerns for the first experience we had at son’s blue camp. I was so excited to have Perks of the camp such as outlets, water, and lighting for outside our tents. We spent 2 nights Memorial Day weekend arriving Friday and departing Sunday morning. Friday night we stopped the staff to let them know we had no lights, nor was our outlets working. We went Easter weekend and I got a UTI from the bathroom, it was DISGUSTING!!! I told the attendant and they did nothing. The people aren't nice and it was a very unpleasant experience. I was told by one of their employees that nowhere in the agreement it says they provide toilet paper and that it clearly said that they have portapotties and nowhere to wash your hands outside. WOULD NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND!
