I have been to four locations and unfortunately this was my worst experience. Although the site and river were beautiful, there were quite a few issues. My tent was not ready when I arrived and I arrived after check-in. It was not clear on the website when the shuttle would stop transporting people. When I got there, I found out that they stopped at 5:30 which did not make any sense because we could not enjoy floating river. Then I was told that it would not reopen until after we checked out. Glamping means you show up and leave. Everything should be provided, yet there were no sheets, pillows, bedding, nothing! That’s not ok. We had to leave to go buy bedding.

You reserved a Bell Tent. The contents of a Bell Tent are described before you reserve it. If you are looking for additional amenities, reserving a cabin from our selection would be more in line with your camping expectations.
Bathrooms were too far, I had my 70 yr old disabled mother with me and there wasn’t even a porta potty on our side of the camp…. Not disabled accessible at all. Also they were not set up for large crowds going to float.. I had to pull some of my own tubes out because they didn’t have enough. Terrible Experience!

We were packed in together like Sardines, tents less than 10 ft apart, that's not camping, that's a refugee camp.

It was horrible! Tents lined up about 5 inches apart next to port a potties. Very unorganized. People were in our tables that we rented. Worst experience ever. Pictures looked great but upon arrival it looked nothing like pictures.
