Verified Renter Resident experience has been great, I would definitely recommend moving here, office staff is amazing, food trucks almost every week and activities the community put on for us is a plus, surrounded by several restaurants and HEB is across the street.

It's Sorrento for Us! I have been a resident of Sorrento for 7 years. I enjoy the location, amenities, and quietness. The leasing and maintenance team has always made us feel like family and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Now that the property is under new management I see so many positive changes and I look forward to seeing what is to come in the future.

Everything at this apartment complex is wonderful with a quiet and friendly atmosphere!!! We have been living here for a little over 8 years and finally felt compelled to write a review. Let me also tell the truth about this place. Like the other four and five-star reviews, I am very happy living at Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes. The ladies in the office are always very friendly and helpful. I recently met the manager he seems to really care as well. The pool is always clean and the grounds well taken care of. Best apartments in the area!! After looking for decent apartments in the Clear Lake, Webster, Kemah, Friendswood areas I was terribly disappointed until I found Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes. These apartments are excellent. From the staff in the office to the pool and outdoor kitchen that is being built it couldn't be better here!
Amazing! I have lived here for 6 months, and I love it! Quick, effecient maintenance, friendly staff, and a beautiful complex overall. A lovely pool, reflection pool with fountains surrounded by an outdoor fireplace, and an atrium that is heated during the winter. Upscale living inside and out!
resort lifestyle The apartments are really nice with large tubs and granite counters. a 2 bedroom which i am in now is barely enough room for a family of 4. The tall ceilings are extremely nice which give it an open feeling. the washer/dryer are full size. the storage options are minimal unless you want to rent a garage too.
