I am down 67 pounds since joining in September 2018. Approximately 3 weeks into maintenance I am still losing as I had hoped to. At age 74 I have had a slower journey but am thrilled with the results. And still learning about how to go forward. I tell everyone that I have gotten my life backšĀ

My experience is excellent. I continue to lose weight each week, this has never happened before and I am in my 60s. I look great am not hungry and find the diet easy to follow. The best news is that my A1C is the best it has been in 20 years. I do not want to be diabetic and did not know if my insulin worked properly. I now know if I eat properly/for me I can lead a healthy non diabetic life. For that I thank SOTA and will recommend to everyone. ššĀ
Supportive staff. They ask how week is and gives feedback to any doubts or concerns I like working from staff member who has been on program and getting ideas from her on veggies and sauces.Ā
Experience has been tremendous. I have lost a good amount of weight since starting 5-1/2 months ago. Everyone is wonderful and helpful every time I go there. I would not be where I am now without the help of this program. Very happy I took this step towards regaining my health. Thank you SOTA!Ā
