I lost over 40 lbs! This program works! But even better - I gained some back during the holidays - went back in for maintenance visit and they spent 30 minutes with me showing me how to get back on track and opened their calendar for me to return weekly vs monthly and guess what - no additional fees! I KNOW I’ve gotten my money’s worth and more! Bravo to SOTA!

This program works as advertised. I achieved the results I wanted. My weight has not been this low in years. However, it was a challenge to follow the program strictly and precisely. I had a lot of bad habits. I'm 71 years old and old habits die hard. The best part was the weekly accountability with a SOTA phone call. It took me a long time to realize my old habits were going away for good. I feel better, have more energy, and confidence.
They have been nothing short of amazing. The support, the process, the food has all been great. The results are more than I could have hoped for. Love it
