This program works as advertised. I achieved the results I wanted. My weight has not been this low in years. However, it was a challenge to follow the program strictly and precisely. I had a lot of bad habits. I'm 71 years old and old habits die hard. The best part was the weekly accountability with a SOTA phone call. It took me a long time to realize my old habits were going away for good. I feel better, have more energy, and confidence.

BOTH JASMINE AND MCKENZIE WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTING AND ENTHUASTIC REGARDING MY JOURNEY. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS IN A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE MANNER AND I LEFT THE SOUTHLAKE OFFICE FEELING VERY POSITIVE ABOUT WHAT IS TO COME. Having to be accountable to someone every week helped me with my weight loss goals. The encouragement is exceptional. My questions were answered and I felt that the counselor cared.
