I recently worked with Souad LaRiviere to sell a home to my tenant who had been living there for 4 years. He really wanted to buy the place ;however, it turned out he didn't even have a credit score. I have worked with several lenders in the past and Souad was by far the best one I have worked with. She was always available to answer my questions and make sure I was fully aware of what was going on. Not all sales are easy and we had some bumps along the way and Souad was quick to make everything work out for us. She is very compassionate and caring, she never made me feel like she was trying to just close a deal I always felt like she wanted to make sure we would be doing what was best for our family.

Souad was a delight. She made a very difficult process easy. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was very dedicated to helping and making sure I understood every step of the process. She helped to achieve and overcome everything that stood in the way. It was a long process for us but Souad made sure we were comfortable and kept herself reachable. Souad was very resourceful along the entire process. She had an answer for every question I had. As a first time home buyer she made sure I did not stress as much and made sure the process went as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer!

Souad has walked me through the process from beginning to end. She answers all my questions and has goes beyond to make sure i understand what is going on. If not for Souad i probably would not be buying a home. She put up with all the questions and when I got crazy she calmed me down and walked me through.

Souad was great. I enjoyed all contacts with her, even though we didn't refinance with Freedom, in the end. Our case was somewhat complex, and I was inexperienced, but Souad guided me with amazing patience and kindness. I recommend her unreservedly.

It was a long hard process and Souad was there for the good times and the bad times. She didnt allow us to quit, she encouraged us and it was worth every second. I would do it all over again. We got an amazing home and we are both very happy.
