I made appt on April 25, gave all my dental plan information. Was given appointment for 9am may 15.received phone call at 8.15am may 15 waiting for Wellcare transportation to go to appointment. Caller told me my dental plan was refused and that I would have to pay full price for exam.It was terible thing to do 45 minutes before appointment. I am a senior citizen and have been treated in such a disrespected and disgusting way.In anyone ever askes me about soutel dental I will tell other seniors how awful I. Was treated
Treatment not completed - dismissed with pain and no empathy. Horrible - left in pain - no follow up - no caring.
Worse Terrible experience. It's false advertising!!! I signed up w/ my current insurance provider because this insurance covers the service I need done. This office told me they don't do that service. That's bologna!! I told them that's the only reason I got The insurance I have b/c this insurance covers my needed service. False advertising! False advertising! False advertising!!
