I couldn't be happier with the service and quality in this place. I had 2 boys get a haircut and I got the haircut and shave. Ramses did mine and one boy and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Bob did my other son as well as bro in law and he too provided great cuts. While in the or watching the boys never once did we feel like we were being "processed" just to get to the next cut. I personally won't get a cut anyplace else I got exactly what I wanted and the never seems to happen at other chain type places.
