When I walked in to make my initial appointment, Amber made me feel welcome and comfortable and showed me around the office explaining how this office differs from others. I came in for my appointment and Kelley, the hygienist also showed me around, explained what was going to happen, and continued to make me less anxious. We basically set up a plan and it's one that will best help me. Other places don't fluctuate on the plan and my major problems may not have addressed right away.
