Professional Staff Salesman was Christian Proctor. Performance was excellent, didn't pressure to make a sale. Very attentive to customer (remembered details of conversations in regards to the purchase of vehicle). Very informative of the vehicle being sold, from start to finish salesman answered all questions accurately and did a complete walkthrough of the vehicle and explained how to adjust settings to my preferences. I will be coming back to purchase a vehicle for my wife in the future.
Professional excellent timely service. Donnie Ellis,as usual, was professional, knowledgeable and timely in addressing the reason I sought service. He checked my service record to ensure he was informed on what my current service need should be. He is very patient and thoroughly explains things. It is a delight to deal with him.
Excellent experiences Jermaine is an excellent salesman helped my daughter and my husband and I buy two new cars . He was very courteous and listened to what our needs were and we ended up getting the cars and price and terms we wanted.
Awesome Staff When i walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Carlos. He helped make the entire vehicle return and new purchase easy. He went above and beyond, even by getting my car delivered to me. Cedric was awesome manager and welcomed back to the Genesis family. Customer goes a long way with them. Everyting was perfect for me. Every staff were good, especially Deonte who is sales rep was so nice and friendly. I really recommend this Hyundai dealership. I had a so bad experience at the neighbor dealership HOND....A, but looking back, you know, I'm a lucky person for buying new Veloster N. Low-pressure, great experience I haven't bought a car in 18 years and was not looking forward to the experience. However, it was so easy and stress-free! Jermaine let me go at my own pace. He was very upfront and answered all of my many questions.
