Visit during Pandemic So happy to have my Hyundai Ioniq serviced during the pandemic. Staff was extremely pleasant and the customer service was exceptional. Use of masks and social distance protocols were in place, recommended service was explained, and a time frame was given for completion of service. I also purchased an item from the parts department. Everything went great Brought my Santa Fe Sport in for a regular oil change. It was busy so there was a wait but I enjoyed test driving a new Kona Electric. Can't wait to get one!

Great first impression After Hyundai Nissani closed I had to find a new place. I went to South bay Hyundai and I am very impressed. Service that I received from Jack Kim was very impressive and I will be taking my car here from now on. Jack handled my case with start to finish with excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions in timely manner. My husband will take his Genesis to Southbay Hyundai from now on as well.

Great Dealership and Sales Staff Great experience! Mike and Cedric went the extra mile in helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. Efficient process. Offered a fair price which eliminated the haggling other dealerships often require. Mike made an extra effort to come in on a day off to help close the deal. Other Genesis dealers could learn from how these folks do business.
