Amazing Customer Service I was greeted by Cathy in the Service Dept. as well as several other members including Donnie and Jack. They make me feel welcomed, remembered, and at home every time I visit the dealership. They give me great deals with prompt and professional service. My car looks, smells, and drives amazing and I truly can't review the service team at South Bay Hyundai highly enough.
Palisade Purchase Purchasing a new car from a dealer is usually stressful, time consuming and frequently includes surprise costs. Not so with South Bay Hyundai. From my initial contact with the salesman (Sheikh "Sheek" Ulhaq) through the actual purchase, the entire process was easy and relaxed Sheek was able to answer all my questions/concerns and there was never any pressure. Once I made the decision to buy, Sheek made the process easier than I have ever experienced.
Great customer service Jack was great! He was super welcoming and walked me through everything involved in the 30,000 mile service. Made sure I received the complementary car wash, that for some reason, certain dealerships try and skimp on. Love the shuttle service!
