GREAT Experience For once I did not feel pressured to buy a car and I was not there for 3 hours. Very quick and painless experience! Love my new HYBRID car...promised 55 MPG average.... expecting 40 MPG getting over 60MPG!

Great Dealer I had my son scope out dealerships and to find a car that will fit the family needs. He went to numerous dealerships, and South Bay Hyundai was one of the only ones to offer him a test drive, and an actual quote instead of trying to get me to come right away. I have some health issues, so I cannot be out with heat for a certain amount of time, so this particular dealership helped us out. Great service The employees are professional, honest, and personable. It makes a difference when you're dealing with a business, and are not comfortable with the employees behavior. Each time I have come in for service, I was treated with respect, and given A-1 service.

good buying experience, aftermath - not so much the buying experience was great, but the aftermath had lots to desire. never emailed me back about when i would receive my license plates or when I will get my bill from hyundai finance. turns out they entered my address wrong for hyundai finance website and i would have never gotten my bill if i did not try to log in on my own. i would have probably be penalized for a late fee as well. they need someone in customer service just to handle emails please.
