Excellent Service South Bay Hyundai provided excellent service, most of it over the phone/online. MJ provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions clearly and honestly, he didn't talk down to me and most important, he didn't try to upsell me.

It was an overall good experience The only complaint is the loner cars they use should be Hyundais not enterprise rent cars. I purchased a Genesis when I bring my car in for service I expect to be loaned the same quality of vehicle.

My Sales Experience This is my 3rd Hyundai purchase from South Bay Hyundai. Better Fit My new GT is a much better fit for me. I had a sedan and it was good but I had a feeling the GT would work better for me and it does! I was planning to look at a GT during a service visit so when Michael called I agreed to a test drive. I had a very good experience from the very beginning. Thanks!
