I had a facial treatment (Morpheus8) dome last week by Bonnie. She is the best! She was very professional, cordial and wants her patients to get the best results possible in the treatments she performs. She is Awesome! I highly recommend! :)
I Went to Southbay med spa beginning June 2023 for cool sculpting service the staff was pleasant which is the only reason I am giving two stars. During my consultation, I was informed regarding benefits that come with cool sculpting as well as possible side effects. I specifically inquired regarding hyper pigmentation due to having dark skin to which I was informed that they've never had any cases of this occurring. Great customer service from Sali, such a beautiful and delightful lady and enjoyed my treatment with Sarena whom is such a hard worker and diligent in all that she does....I look forward to my 2nd treatment with them upcoming and would recommend their services for an overall med spa experience! Not a fan of trying to pay with credit card and asked for a tip. The lowest tip was over a hundred dollars. That’s a lot of money for 15 minutes of their time. I could have declined but from now on I’ll go somewhere else.
