The staff is professional and friendly.
The medical treatment provided was fine, however, I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism given by the front office upon check-in. We had billing issues where I was expected to discuss the situation in front of other patients and families in the waiting room. Not only were we not given any privacy to discuss the financial concerns, the lady checking my daughter and I in was callous and not forthcoming.
