My experience over all was good... can’t say great cuz I had four teeth cut out n that’s never fun. However the staff was amazing n my mouth is healing well. Only advice I can give is just needed the shots to b a lil slower so I could prepare for the pain of them and I rly could have used a few more days of pain medicine to help w recovery.
The staff was great from the moment we walked in , I was stressed about my part of our co pay and they told me about the care plan option , we did not qualify , but I had to use 4 different types of payment methods to pay , and they had no problem with it . Thank you !! My son was treated with the best kindness , and when he woke up , the assistant was holding his hand . The dentist was informative and had a calming manner. However, I was told to go to Bloomington. Drove up there only to find was booked into the satellite office in Bedford. Sat in Bedford waiting room 2 and a half hours! Because been to Bloomington and was late!
It was the worst dental experience of my life!!!!!
